摘要：

Berberines,a class of important isoquinoline-type alkaloid,exhibits various biological activities and are widely used in clinic.The research and development of berberine-based drugs have attracted considerable attention and become a quite rapidly de-veloping and increasingly active area in recent years.The berberine derivatives by structural modification,acting on a variety of targets in microorganism,exhibit significant antibacterial,antifungal and antiviral activities and so on.This paper preliminarily reviews recent advances on berberine derivatives as antibacterial,antifungal and antiviral agents in order to provide references for their further research and development.
