Design, synthesis and biological evaluation of novel cholesteryl ester transfer protein inhibitors bearing a cycloalkene scaffold
摘要：
A series ofN,N-substituted-cycloalkenyl-methylamine scaffold derivatives were designed and synthesized.Most compounds showed potent CETP inhibitory activity.Compound17ademonstrated a dose-dependent HDL-C elevation in hamsters.Compound17aexhibited an acceptable pharmacokinetic profile in S-D rats.
