摘要：

Objective: To investigate the relation between microvascular density(MVD)and the clinicopathologic characters of gastric carcinoma.Methods:MVD was examined with immunohistochemical S P method in 20 specimens of normal gastric mucosa and 80 specimens of gastric carcinoma.Results:The MVDs in gastric carcinomas were higher than that in normal gastric mucosa(41.00±14.75 vs 11.50±3.80 P 0.01).The MVD was significantly related with the depth of the tumor invasion,histological differentiation,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,and TNM stage( P 0.01).Conclusion:The MVD is significantly increased in qastric carcinoma.The MVD is well associated with the clinicopathologic characters of gastric carcinoma.It may be valuable to evaluate the malignant degree of the gastric carcinoma.
