A series of aryloxy substituted piperazinones with dual farnesyltransferase/geranylgeranyltransferase-I inhibitory activity was prepared. These compounds were found to have potent inhibitory activity in vitro and are promising agents for the inhibition of Ki-Ras signaling.Graphic
