摘要：

The ability of lactic acid bacteria to produce bacteriocins with antibacterial activity, has gained a lot of interest in the improvement of food security and in the control of infectious diseases, enhancing the bacteria's use in the control aquaria. The objective of this study was to demonstrate the antibacterial activity of Enterococcus sp and Leuconostoc sp (El Jeni et al., in press) lactic acid bacteria, against freshly isolated bacteria which according to the 16S gene sequences belong to the species Klebsiella oxytoca, Citrobacter citrobacter and Braakii freundi, respectively.RESUME La capacite des bacteries lactiques a produire des bacteriocines, a gagne d'interet dans l'amelioration de la securite alimentaire et dans le controle des maladies infectieuses, d'ou l'interet de l'utilisation des bacteries lactiques pour le controle microbiologique des poissons en aquarium. L'objectif de cette etude est de demontrer l'activite antibacterienne de deux especes lactiques Enterococcus sp. et Leuconostoc sp., contre des bacteries pathogenes associees aux larves de poisson en elevage. Ces bacteries ont ete pre-identifiees comme appartenant respectivement aux especes Klebsiella oxytoca, Citrobacter braakii et Citrobacter freundi.
