Solution Properties of Desoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA). II. Light Scattering
摘要：
The light scattering of the samples whose hydrodynamic properties were discussed in part I is described. The dissymmetry z 45 is appreciably less than for Gaussian chains. This result is discussed in terms of two models: zig-zag chains and worm-like chains. Fair agreement between theory and experiment is found. The effect of polydispersity is discussed.
