摘要：

RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) based on ARM was implemented to acquistc many important parapameters of Pharos such as Voltage,Current and Flash period,those data is transferred to monitor centre through GPRS/GSM net.The key points are mainly discussed,covering power supply and how to get Flash period and multi-level data treatment.
