摘要：

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Jianpigubenhewei Decoction together with conventional therapy in treatment of weak in the spleen and stomach of gerontic diabetes gastroparesis(DGP).Methods:30 cases were selected to take Jianpigubenhewei Decoction,twice a day(Mane et Vesp),4 weeks for each course.FPG,2hPG,HbAlc and gastric-emptying test were examined before and after treatment,and improvement of clinical symptoms were observed.Results:The clinical observation suggested Jianpigubenhewei Decoction had a total efficacy rate of 91.33% for weak in the spleen and stomach of gerontic DGP,nonetheless,it had no significant impact on plasma sugar and HbAlc.Conclusion:Jianpigubenhewei Decoction is effective for gerontic patients with weak in the spleen and stomach of DGP,and is suitable for clinical further study.
