摘要:

Objective To evaluate the apoptosis and proliferative response of preoperative intraarterial chemotherapy for advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods 56 patients with advanced gastric cancer and local metastatic lymph nodes were determined whether to have apoptosis and proliferation by TUNEL and immunochemical technology, including 38 cases treated by preoperative intraarterial chemotherapy and 18 cases used as controls. Results The rates of apoptosis of gastric cancer and local metastatic lymph nodes in control group and preoperatively treated group were 4.4% ± 1.5% and 6.4% ± 3.5%; 10.6% ± 4.5% and 16.6% ± 5.5%, respectively. The difference between two groups had statistic significance(P 0.05). The positive rates of PCNA for the control group and preoperative treated group were 77.8%(14/18)and 47.4%(18/38), respectively. Conclusion Preoperative intraarterial chemotherapy can promote apoptosis of advanced gastric carcinoma and local metastatic lymph nodes and restrain their poliferation, serving as an important useful adjunct for advanced gastric cancers.
