摘要：

To study the anti virual effect of isatis root(50%,w/v),the level of cellular injury were detected by MTT colorimetry.The results indicate that isatis root has a significant anti virual effect at dilution of 1∶200.Isatis root is an ideal Chinese herb of anti HCMV.
