Biosynthesis of High Concentration Fructose Diphosphate Using CTAB Permeabilized Brewer's Yeast
摘要:
A new method using permeabilized Brewer's yeast for Biosynthesis of high yield FDP by cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) instead of toluene is reported. Accumulation of fructose-1, 6-diphosphate (FDP) in medium raised to 75 g/L after 4 hr of incubation at PH 6. 0 and 30℃ in a 4L culture of permeabilized S. cerevisiae containing 5% glucose, 10% sodium phosphate and 0. 2% CTAB. The FDP concentration obtained was two times as high as reported in the literature. The method described in the present paper is simple, without the pollution of toluene and easy to scale up for industrial applications.
