摘要：

PURPOSE:To stabilize a bubble transfer path by decreasing magnetic anisotropic energy while increasing a strain-inductive magnetically-anisotropic magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A strain-inductive magnetically-anisotropic magnetic field HKa based upon the mismatching between a substrate and a lattice constant is set to >=1,500Oe where magnetization is slanted down in a film surface. The absolute value of the ratio between a film-surface anisotropic magnetic field Hk1 by four times symmetic magnetically-anisotropic energy K1 and an effective anisotropic magnetic field Hku which slants the magnetization down in the film surface is set to <=0.02.
