摘要：

The overview, functional characteristics and application analysis of Beidou Satellite realtime monitoring system are introduced in this paper. In accordance with the status of the increase in transportation of petroleum hazardous chemicals and the demands of enterprise for safe production,it is practically significant to expound systematic realization of production safety monitoring and emergency scheduling commanding during transportation of petroleum hazardous chemicals.
