The coiled tubing shall be defined relative to conventional thread connection tubing.The coiled tubing is stored on large reels for continuously tripping in or tripping out operations of entire long non-thread tubing.Basically,it is made of carbon steel,normalized and tempered steel,rare materials,etc.This article will analyze the application and research of the coiled tubing technology.The coiled tubing equipment,processing and tools will be also introduced in this article.
