摘要：

Proline has been gradually recognized as a simple,commercial and cheap chiral catalyst for many asymmetric reactions.The paper reviews recent advances in the development of direct proline-catalyzed asymmetric reactions including Aldol reaction,Mannich reaction,Michael reaction,Diels-Alder reaction,direct α-amination reaction,α-oxo amination reaction,Baylis-Hillman reaction,reduction reaction and oxidation reaction.It also puts forward the future application of proline.
