Nanofillers are playing a role of increasing importance in the field of rubbers and, in particular, for natural rubber. This chapter considers nanofillers such as clays, organoclays, graphite made by few layers of graphene and carbon nanotubes. Main structural features of said nanofillers are first presented and the processing methods for nanocomposites preparation are discussed. The multiscale organization of nanofillers in the rubber matrix is analyzed, with focus on the rubber-nanofiller interface. Nanocomposites properties are finally discussed: from vulcanization efficiency to rheological, mechanical, thermal and barrier properties.
