Heterocyclic α-Carbinolamines with Isoquinuclidine Skeleton, I By various methods several α-carbinolamines ( 10 , 11 , 26 – 33 , 46 ) were prepared, and all of them were unstable. Their products of stabilization could be elucidated; in some cases ( 26 – 30 ) equilibria between the tautomeric aminoketones ( 19 – 23 ) and enamines ( 34 – 38 ) were observed.
