A locally recurrent head and neck nodal, B cell nodular, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma transformed to a diffuse histologic pattern with a peculiar bone marrow and epiglottic involvement without other apparent localizations is reported. Radiotherapy proved highly effective for local control of the epiglottic lesion but chemotherapy failed to eradicate bone marrow disease.Un linfoma non-Hodgkin nodulare tipo B, dopo numerose recidive linfonodali nel distretto cervicale, si è trasformato in linfoma non-Hodgkin ad istologia diffusa, localizzandosi esclusivamente alla epiglottide ed al midollo osseo. La radioterapia si è dimostrata molto efficace per il controllo della localizzazione epiglottica. La chemioterapia non è invece riuscita ad eradicare l'infiltrazione midollare.ReferencesSection:1.
