Optically active N-protected .alpha.
摘要:
Cooperativity of conformational changes of proteins in frozen solutions leads to the dispersion of reactivity accounted for by the time-dependent rate coefficient k(t) = Bt(alpha-1). The dispersion parameter, 0 < alpha-less-than-or-equal-to 1, increasing with reaction temperature, can be interpreted in terms of activation energy distributions for reaction. In the classical limit, alpha = 1, the activation energy remains constant during the reaction course.
