摘要：

Objective To prepare the push-pull osmotic pump tablets for insoluble drug vinpocetine delivery,and investigate its in vitro release characteristic.Methods The optimal formulation was selected via the orthogonal design.Results The optimal formulation consisted of vinpocetine 15 mg,HPMC 140 mg,PEO 65 mg,and NaCl 14 mg,membrane weight 24 mg and drug release fit the requirements of the controlled release formulation.Conclusions The push-pull osmotic pump releases vinpocetine with osmotic pressure and can deliver the drug constantly for 14 h.
