摘要：

This paper presents experimental investigations of possibility of instability waves acoustic control in jet shear layer. Basic possibility of artificial hydrodynamic instability wave suppression in turbulent jet by external acoustic action, which was predicted theoretically, is demonstrated in experiment. Two jet velocities are considered for control demonstration - 50 m/s and 280 m/s. This result may be used for designing jet noise active control system.
