Structures of shinjulactones D and E, new bitter principles of Ailanthus altissima Swingle
摘要：
Two bitter quassinoids, shinjulactones D and E (1 and 2), were isolated from Ailanthus altissima SWINGLE and their structures were determined to be 11β, 20-epoxy-1β, 2α, 11α, 12α-tetrahydroxypicrasan-16-one and 11β, 20-epoxy-1β, 6α, 11α, 12α-tetrahydroxypicrasa-3, 13 (21)-diene-2, 16-dione, respectively.
