摘要：
Isostructural dinuclear Pd and Pt complexes that exhibit unique d8–d8interactions between dicationic metal centers are reported. These metal–metal interactions are not supported by any bridging ligands and suggest a significant metal–metal bonding character for both Pd and Pt systems.
