摘要：

OBJECTIVE:To study pharmacology basis of warming Jin and passing Yang.MOTHODS:Pouring Guizhi tang 150% into rabbits stomach 20 mins later,determining blood flow of rabbits' myocardium tissue and abdominal muscle tissue.RESULTS:Guizhi tang could markedly increase blood flow of rabbits' myocardium tissue and decrease blood folw of rabbits' abdominal wall subcutaneous tissue.CONCLUSION:In clinic of TCM,Guizhi tang probable treat heart and sleep Yang deficiency with relation to warming Jing and passing Yang for its increasing blood flow of myocardium and exciting directly heart.
