摘要：

The present paper reviews the test methods for the fish-scaling resistance of the cold rolled enamel steel sheets and their development at home and abroad,points out the problems existing in those methods and in the meanwhile proposes the establishment of a new method which can be accepted broadly by the iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad and this method should be based upon the judgement criterion of hydrogen diffusion.
