The present invention relates to a cream composition containing B-vitamin i.e. carnitine and/or B-vitamin i.e. orotic acid. The invention also describes a method of preparing the above mentioned compositions, which may preferably be injected into a gel whereby small chaplet-like balls preferably of different colors are formed which may be used for dermatological purposes.
