摘要：

The pharmaceutical applications of cyclodextrins and their derivatives in pharmaceutical formulations and drug delivery including oral, parenteral, ophthalmic, nasal, and dermal routes are reviewed. Examples of the use of cyclodextrins in drug solubilization and drug stability are discussed.
