They extrude solid sheet out of polycarbonate(PC), Copolyester (PETG), ABS and polyolefins(PO). Makroclear is a brand of solid polycarbonate plastic sheet ranging from 0.75 to 15 mm thickness. Arla Plast AB was the first company in Europe to co-extrude a UV-absorber on polycarbonate sheet in order to enhance the weatherability of polycarbonate for outdoor use. This polycarbonate sheet is called Makrolife, both referring to the origin of the product (Makrolon polycarbonate, one of the two original resins) and the improvement: enhancing lifetime.
