摘要：
Structural analogues and homologues of the raspberry ketone, 4-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone, have been prepared. A systematic study of their organoleptic properties reveals that the structure of 4-(p-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone is highly specific with respect to the raspberry flavour; even small structural changes diminish to varying degrees the raspberry flavour.
