摘要：

Argyrophilic nucleolar organizer regions(Ag-NORs)of tissues of colon adenocarcinoma grade Ⅰ(56 cases,group Ⅰ),grade Ⅱ(20 cases,group Ⅱ)and colon myxo—adenocarci- noma(15 cases,group Ⅲ),as well as colon adenocarcinoma adjcent tissues(30 cases,Ⅳ group)and normal colon tissues(30 cases,Vgroup)were quantitatively and semi-quantita- tively analysed by IBAS automatic image analysis system.The results showed that the aver- age number of Ag-NORs in Ⅰ-Vgroups was 6.14±1.70.7.73±3.50.8.09±2.71,3.90± 0.17.and.9.73±0.42 per nucleus respectiyely,suggesting that of the cancer groups was ap- parently greater than that of Group Ⅳ and Ⅴ Groups(P0.01),comparing the areas of Ag-NOR particles,the sequence of which was from large to small:group ⅠⅡⅣⅤ Ⅲ,while that of the shape factor as group ⅢⅡⅠⅣⅤ.These parameters as an ob- jective indicator might be of value in differentiating benign and malignant colon lesions and in sorting and grading colon adenocarcinoma.Histochemical(AB.PAS and myxo carmine) stains also indicated that there were signifcant differences among group Ⅰ to Group Ⅴ.
