PURPOSE: A multi-layered polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve environmentally-friendly characteristic, transparency, moisture-proof characteristic, gas-proof characteristic, and anti-hydrolysis characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A first resin containing polyglycolic acid and a second resin containing polyester are extruded and stacked to obtain a stacked sheet. The content of polyglycolic acid in the stacked sheet is 5 weight％ or more. The stacked sheet is casted to either longitudinal direction or transversal direction, and the casted stacked sheet is thermally fixed and released. Staking operations are repeated to obtain a three or more layered sheet such that the outermost layer of the stacked sheet becomes a second resin layer.
