摘要:

Immunoperoxidase techniques were applied to the study of intracellular immunoglobulin and muramidase (lysozyme) in formalin paraffin sections of more than 150 lymph node biopsies, including reactive lymphadenopathies, follicular lymphoma, reticulum cell sarcoma and Hodgkin's disease. Immunoglobulin components were demonstrated in the neoplastic cells of cases of follicular lymphoma, and in the malignant reticulum cells of some cases of reticulum cell sarcoma and Hodgkin's disease. A tentative scheme is proposed relating some of the lymphomas to the different morphological expressions of the B lymphocyte during its transformation and maturation to the plasma cell.
