The Correlation of High-risk HPV Infection and Cervical Lesions and Cervical Cancer

Objective To analyze the correlation of high risk human papillomavirus(HPV) and cervical lesions and cervical cancer.Method By thin-layer liquid-based cell assay(TCT) and hybrid capture(hc2 HPV DNA) combined detected the exfoliated cells of cervical os and cervical canals,compared High-risk HPV infection in group of normal uterine cervix and cervical lesions of different.Result The total positive rate was 42.77%(139/325),The positive rate of control group,precancerous lesions(CIN Ⅰ~ Ⅲ) group and cervical cancer group was 9.38%(12/128),53.96%(75/139) and 89.66%(52/58),three groups was statistically significant difference in infection rates(P0.05).The main type was HPV16 in 139 Cases of high-risk HPV infection,accounting for 66.19%(92/139).Conclusion High-risk HPV infection is closely related with cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer,and HPV16 is the most important high-risk HPV.
