摘要：

Objective:To establish a method for content determination of polysaccharides in Aconitum carmichaeli.Methods:The conversion coefficient of Aconitum carmichaeli polysaccharides to glucose was obtained by refined polysaccharides,and then the content of crude polysaccharides in Aconitum carmichaeli was determined by sulfuric-phenol method.Results:The color of the treated solution showed good stabilization within 6 h and the average value of the recovery for polysaccharides measurement was 101.0% with RSD of 4.3%(n=6).The contents of polysaccharides in Aconitum carmichaeli was 18.56% with RSD of 2.4%(n=3).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,and accurate.
