Triclosan is difficultoemover degrade in naturalquatic environment dueo itstablehemicaltructurend lowoncentration.histudyimedo enhance itsemovalaterom waterhroughombiningheiocatalyticctivityf laccase withighdsorptionapacityfesoporousaterials. Vinyl-modified poly(acryliccid)/SiO2 nanofibrousembranes prepared inhis work possessedesoporoustructure (poreize 1.73-3.54 nm, pore volume 0.379m~3/g)ndighpecificurfacerea (542.91~2/g). Laccase was immobilizednheembraneshroughovalentrosslinkingndhe enzyme loading wasbout 417g/g.he physical,hemical,iochemical propertiesfhe immobilized laccasend itspplication inriclosanemoval wereomprehensively investigated.he immobilized laccasehowedettertoragetabilityndigheroleranceohehanges in pHndemperatureompared withree laccase. Itlso exhibitedetter performance (65%emoval, 2) inriclosanemovalhanree laccase (29.2%emoval, 2)nderheptimumonditions (pH = 4, 30 °C).heesults demonstratedhatheesostructuref nanoflbers waseneficialorhedsorptionnd degradationfriclosan. Itay provide new ideaoremovalfrganic pollutantsrom water environmentsing enzymenddsorptionechnology.
