Fluid-Structure-Acoustic Interaction of the Flow Past a Thin Flexible Structure
摘要:
Summary Experimental and numerical investigations of the fluid-str ucture interaction and the radiated sound induced by the turbulent flow over a thin flexible plate structure are pre sented. Various inflow conditions are generated by placing obstacles of different size, shape, position and ma terial in front of a flexible plate. The flow-induced vibration of the plate structure is measured using a laser-s canning vibrometer. Based on the measurement of the vibration of the flexible plate, the sound radiation to th e far field is computed employing a finite-element acoustics solver. The flow is investigated in detail using th ree-component hot-wire anemometry. Microphone measurements are carried out to generate a basis of comparison. The experiments are performed in an acoustic wind tunnel.
