Cranberry fruit extract preparation (I), comprises: cranberry fruit extract; a portion of non-water soluble components of yeast cell lyzate; and a portion of water soluble components of yeast cell lyzate. An independent claim is included for preparation of (I) comprising: providing cranberry fruit extract; providing a portion of non water-soluble components and water-soluble components of yeast cell lyzate; and mixing the cranberry fruit extract with portion of yeast cell lyzate and water at 0-60[deg] C for less than 4 hours, preferably 6-30 minutes.
