End-use quality characteristics of hermetically stored paddy

We examine the quality characteristics of hermetically stored four paddy varieties.Hermetic paddy has well preserved milling, nutritional and sensory properties except whiteness compared to polybag.Different quality parameters were observed in the two grain types of four paddy varieties.
