摘要：

Beidou satellites navigation positioning system is one of our country's basic information establishments.It also is an important facility of realizing information community.The usage of Beidou system concerns our country's many fields.Applying characteristics and current situation of Beidou satellites navigation positioning system are analyzed in this paper,main factors of restricting system's developing are pointed out,and advices of accelerating system's industry developing in civil fields are also put forward.
