A pipe 10, Fig. 5, contains a number of hollow plugs 16 removably threaded into openings 14 spaced therealong and each plug extends into the pipe space, has a spray outlet aperture 38, and houses a thin apertured disc 28 held against an 0-ring 26 by a spring 34. A removable pin 36 holds the spring in position, and the disc has a central circular aperture 30, Fig. 2, centrally located in an outwardly stamped depression 32 so that liquid is emitted therefrom in fan-shaped spray form. The disc may be rotated to any desired position without removing the plug.
