摘要:

A type of diffuse, large, B-cell lymphoma characterized by few large neoplastic B-cells admixed with numerous reactive T lymphocytes and histiocytes. The mixture of reactive T-cells and histiocytes is variable, with either T-cells or histiocytes predominant in some cases, and hence other designations for these tumors in the literature are T-cell rich large B-cell lymphoma and histiocyte-rich B-cell lymphoma. T-cell/histiocyte-rich large B-cell lymphoma (THRLBCL) usually affects adults, most commonly men, who present with B-symptoms, malaise, and high-stage disease. This neoplasm commonly involves lymph nodes, bone marrow, liver, and spleen. The International Prognostic Index is usually intermediate or high. Patients with THRLBCL typically have an aggressive clinical course.
