摘要：

The deterministic turbulence method was developed in experiments [1] along with substantiation of the idea of existence of the deterministic wall turbulence. The present paper demonstrate how efficiently this approach can be used for investigations of various localized impacts on the turbulent boundary layers by the example of well-known Large Eddy Break- Up (LEBU) devices, the comprehensive explanation of functioning of which remained unclear. The present study clarifies the physics of this mechanism.
