摘要：

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT) and its influence on the expressions of MVD.Methods The expressions of CD34 were determined by immunohistochemistry in 29 cases of cervical cancer before and after NACT.Results Among the 29 cases treated with NACT,4(13.8%) were complete remission(CR),21(72.4%) partial remission(PR).The total effective rate of NACT(CR+PR) was 86.2%.The expressions of MVD decreased dramatically after NACT.3.In cases who reacted positively to NACT,the level of MVD decreased significantly after the treatment(P0.05).And in cases who reacted poorly to NACT the level of MVD also decreased in those cases(P0.05).Conclusion NACT is an effective treatment for cervical cancer.The level of MVD decreased after NACT.It was supposed that one of the mechanisms of NACT may be the suppression of angiogenesis.
