摘要：

The objective of this study to assess different quantity of water and corn flour added to pellet feed made of cotton stalk on physical characteristics,nutrients, gossypol detoxification and digestibility..The Result show that the forming rate of pellets feed added 20% water were more than 97.05%; bulk density of feed pellets were 1.426g/cm3, up to 8~9 times of the mixed raw materials. With the increase the proportion of corn flour, the bulk density increases, spontaneous disperse dicreases, water dissolution rate and digestibilty increases in the pellets feed. After pelleting, the gossypol conten of cotton strawt showed a downward trend, and the detoxification rate were more than 60%.
