摘要：

A new lupine alkaloid, (-)-O-acetylbaptifoline [3], was isolated from the roots of Thermopsis chinensis together with seven known (-)-anagyrine-type (7R, 9R, 11R) alkaloids. The structure of 3 was confirmed by spectroscopic methods and by chemical transformations. We also isolated (+)-lupanine [9] and (-)-sparteine [10] (6R, 7S, 9S, 11S) from this plant. These results indicate that T. chinensis has the biosynthetic ability to biosynthesize both (7R, 9R, 11R) and (7S, 9S, 11S) alkaloids.
