Isolation of a New Indole Alkaloid, Pendolmycin, from Nocardiopsis
摘要：
A new indole alkaloid, pendolmycin [1], was isolated from Nocardiopsis strain SA1715 as an inhibitor of epidermal-growth-factor-induced phosphatidylinositol turnover in A431 cells. The structure of pendolmycin is closely related to that of teleocidin B [2] and of lyngbyatoxin A [3]. Pendolmycin may be a biosynthetic intermediate of these alkaloids.
