Chemical constituents from stems of Polyalthia plagioneura (Ⅰ)
摘要:
Objective To isolate and identify the components from the stems of Polyalthia plagioneura.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20,and C18 chromatography.Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as: marcanine A(1),butyl isobutyl phthalate(2),diisobutyl phthalate(3),dibutyl phthalate(4),syringaldehyde(5),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(6),vanillin(7),isoevodionol(8),ursolic acid(9),friedelin(10),2-hydroxy-benzoic acid(11),and 4-hydroxy-2-methoxy-3,6-dimethylbenzoic acid(12).Conclusion Compounds 1―6,8,11,and 12 are isolated from the plants of Polyalthia Bl.for the first time,and all compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
