Discovery of novel N -substituted carbazoles as neuroprotective agents with potent anti-oxidative activity
摘要：
Structurally diversified carbazoles were screened to anti-oxidative assays in two cell models.Novel N-tolyl substituted carbazole derivative 6 significantly prevented cell death induced by glutamate or HCA.Compound 6 potently attenuated the glutamate-induced ROS production.Compound 6 did not restore the GSH in HT22 cells exposed to glutamate.
