Phosphorus cycle: A broken biogeochemical cycle.
摘要：
In this article, the authors discuss the importance of recycling programmes to address problems on phosphorus pollution and mineable resources of phosphorus. They mention the demand growth on energy and food which led to expanded oxygen-depleted coastal zones caused by nutrient-stimulated algal blooms. They also note the problems affecting the global population including water quality, phosphorus supplies, and institutional frameworks and suggest that creative policy solutions be made.
