Lymphomatoid granulomatosis: A T-cell disorder?

The histogenesis of lymphomatoid granulomatosis has been controversial since it was first defined by Liebow and colleagues. We report a typical clinical and histopathologic case of lymphomatoid granulomatosis. Immunologic markers indicate the lymphocytes comprising this patient's initial lesion were predominantly T lymphocytes.
